Returns & Exchanges
Within South Africa:
We offer our customers the option to return our products within 14 days of delivery,
as long as the below terms & conditions are met.
Our goal is to make the return process as simple and convenient as possible.
Products Arrived Damaged
If your products arrive damaged, missing any parts or accessories, or inoperable, then we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Please notify us within 14 days by emailing us with the following details to assess where in the delivery process the damage may have occurred:
A photograph of the outer box including whether it has a 'Handle with care/fragile sticker or not)
A Photograph of the damaged product.
If necessary, we will arrange collection of the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product or photographs and validated your return (if needed), we will, according to your preference:
Replace the product (if available) or
Issue a refund (using the same method of payment you originally used for the purchase).
Please note that a refund is not available if the product was received as a gift.
Incorrect Product Delivered
Should we accidentally deliver the wrong product to you or if the product is not as described on the website:
Please do not remove the product from its original packaging or any of the stickers or labels (if possible.
Notify us immediately and we will collect the product from you at no charge.
We will deliver the correct product to you as soon as possible, if the product is still available, or if not, issue a refund using the same method of payment you originally used.
Incorrect Product Ordered
You can return unwanted products within 14 days of delivery by following our returns procedure below.
We will refund the full price of any unwanted products in their original unopened packaging upon receiving the returned item. We will use the same method of payment you originally used for the purchase.
For opened products we may deduct or charge a reasonable amount necessary for repacking and restocking, subject to the CPA, this could be up to 25% of the selling price of the product. If the product has been installed, altered or used, no refund will be granted.
How To Package A Product You Want To Return
The product being returned must be packed, in its original packaging including all accessories and instruction sheets.
OR
In another box with as much padding and protective packaging as possible to protect the product from being damaged during transport.
A 10% repackaging fee could be levied against returns received not in original packaging. Once received and checked, we will begin the credit process.
If the returning product has not been packaged properly and is damaged, no refund will be granted.
Kindly note, it is your responsibility to ensure that the product is packaged correctly when returning goods for credit.
Courier Collections
Kindly inform us when the product is ready to be collected so that we can arrange for our courier to collect at no charge.
In-Store Drop Off
You may drop off the product at vour nearest store. There are no transport costs associated with this and the product will be checked by the in store sales consulants to assess the condition of the item returned if the product is in it's original packaging and that the product has not been installed, altered or used.
Warranty & Repairs
Unless otherwise stated, all products sold by Zebbies Lighting are covered by a one-year warranty, from the date of purchase.
Within the one-year warranty period, if the product is found to be defective, please contact us immediately in order to resolve the issue. We will either repair or replace the product.
Zebbies Lighting will facilitate the repair or replacement and then ship the product back to the customer, bearing all risks and costs.
Zebbies Lighting are not obliged to repair products that fall outside of the warranty period, or products that are damaged accidentally.
Stock Availability
Stock of all products on offer is limited. If your product is still within warranty and cannot be repaired but is no longer a Zebbies stock item, we will offer you either a replacement of a similar-priced item or a full credit to the value of the original item (the invoice will need to be provided as proof of purchase).
