We have a small & dedicated online team to offer a seamless shopping experience.
How long will it take to get my orders?
Upon receipt of payment, all orders are processed within 24 business hours and sent via a third-party courier company, which we use to keep costs to a minimum.
Unfortunately, their delivery routes and schedules are out of our control. Once your order is confirmed, the courier will send you an email with your tracking information. Should you require any assistance, please email us at shop@zebbies.com and we will contact the couriers on your behalf.
For urgent orders, please contact us at shop@zebbies.com or 060 474 1705 and we will assist you as best as we can.
Can I buy online and pick up in-store?
Website stock is warehouse stock only. Some stores may not keep the stock that you require in their store.
If the store doesn't have the stock you require, we will send the stock to the store and we will contact you when your order is ready to be collected.
Because of this, we do not necessarily offer same-day collections in-store.
Do you ship overseas?
At the moment, we only sell within South Africa. Should you wish to place an order from any other country, please contact shop@zebbies.com and we will be able to assist you.
